Virtual Sharing Group

TWIMC Virtual Sharing Group

A Virtual Sharing Group is more than a support group—it’s a way to express yourself, connect with others on Zoom, and make a lasting impact. Previous To Whom I May Concern® videos created by virtual Sharing Groups have helped change the conversation around dementia.

Our virtual Sharing Group has been meeting for three months, and they invite you to the Virtual Premiere of their new To Whom I May Concern® video.

What is a Virtual Sharing Group?

Part support group and part creative storytelling, the Virtual Sharing Group is:

  • A small, welcoming group of people experiencing cognitive changes (sorry, no care partners!) that meets on Zoom
  • A safe space to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences with people who “get it”, guided by trained To Whom I May Concern® facilitators
  • A chance to turn your personal stories into a script, that shares a powerful message about living with dementia
  • An opportunity to be part of a scripted video, which can be shared with anyone who wants to learn more about the wisdom that people with dementia express
